Job Description

This is a Work from Office job.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Candidate Sourcing and onboarding for the organization
  2. Client HR automation and onboarding
  3. Centralized client Employee Data Management via HRStop.com
  4. Handling Payroll and compliance
  5. Grievance Handling
  6. Trainings

Interview Process:

  2. Online Assessment - Aptitude
  3. Online Assessment - English Proficiency
  4. Video/ In Person Interview - Comprehension/ written skills evaluation
  5. Video/ In Person Interview - Domain knowledge + HR Discussions

Both the in-person rounds will be conducted on the same day for shortlisted candidates. Results will be announced in a week's time.

Minimum Education (Any/ All)

  • BA English Honours
  • MBA - HR

  4. Should be able to work independently.
  5. Demonstrated management presentation abilities

Business Skills:

  1. Should be able to Handle End to End HR Operations
  2. Capable of handling Onboarding/ Exits & documentation
  3. Understanding of Indian Payroll and compliance
