Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Sourcing candidates from various job boards
  2. Screening candidates. Interview scheduling via our ATS
  3. Coordinating with various vendors/ consultants
  4. Engaging with candidates/ offer management / pre onboardings
  5. Centralized Employee Data Management via HRStop
  6. Handling Payroll and compliance
  7. Employee Grievance Handling
  8. Framing/ Implementing employee Performance evaluations and enhancement programs

Interview Process:

  1. Online Registration - Directly on our hiring platform: or via job portal
  2. Online Assessment - Aptitude
  3. Online Assessment - English Proficiency
  4. Video/ In Person Interview - Comprehension/ written skills evaluation
  5. Video/ In Person Interview - Domain knowledge + HR Discussions

If in-person interview, the last two rounds will be conducted on the same day for shortlisted candidates. Results will be announced in a week's time


Candidate Profile

Minimum Education ( Any/ All)

  • BA English Honours
  • MBA - HR

Soft Skills:

  1. Superior Communication and Interaction skills (English)
  2. Superb Analytics/ logical reasoning abilities
  3. Should be sincere and hardworking and must be open to handle the pressure.
  4. Should be able to work independently.
  5. Demonstrated management presentation abilities
  6. Self-motivated with Business Acumen skills

Business Skills:

  1. Should be able to Handle End to End HR Operations
  2. Capable of handling Onboarding/ Exits & documentation
  3. Understanding of Indian Payroll and compliance
